Shipping policy

We ship most orders via USPS with tracking/delivery confirmation. Most orders ship within one or two days. Your order may be fulfilled separately.

EU Customers — International Shipping

We ship to the European Union via USPS International services. Please note the following for EU orders:

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Western EU (France, Germany, Spain): 7–14 business days
  • Nordics (Denmark, Norway, Sweden): 10–18 business days
  • Eastern EU (Hungary, Poland): 10–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local postal delays, or peak seasons.

Customs & Duties Orders shipped to the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. CITYBOYZ★USA does not collect VAT or import duties at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at customerservice@cityboyzusa.com or 567.343.1776 and we will work with USPS to investigate. EU customers retain their statutory rights in the event of non-delivery.

Order Tracking All EU orders ship with USPS tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Lost Packages
Upon confirming your address... If your item is confirmed as delivered by USPS, and you tell us you did not receive the order, we will NOT issue a refund. You must contact your local Post Office.

Please note that AfterPay, Quadpay & Sezzle and our other payment processors all accept the postal delivery confirmation as indication that the merchant has completed the order transaction in good faith.
